Britton Gore has practiced family law almost exclusively for the past 10 years.
She attended the University of Virginia as an undergraduate under a full softball scholarship and majored in political science. After a summer semester abroad, where she attended Universidad de Valencia in Spain, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore in 2009.
Britton’s primary focus includes settlement negotiations and litigation of divorce, child custody and visitation, mediation, alimony/spousal support and child support, property division (including high asset and complex property issues), custody and alimony modifications, drafting and negotiation separation agreements and prenuptial agreements, protective orders and domestic violence cases, and adoptions.
She has extensive trial experience in multiple areas of family law.
Britton is trained and certified as a Child Best Interest Attorney (BIA), and is also certified in mediation and collaborative law.
When not practicing law, Britton enjoys live music, interior design, reading, and spending time with her family.
