Background
Caroline Palmer was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland.
She earned her Bachelors’ Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Relations from High Point University in North Carolina.
She then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law. While a student, she was a member of the Student Bar Association, a Law Scholar, and she was selected to work with the Innocence Project Clinic as a student attorney.
Caroline is a huge dog lover and being welcomed home by her dog at the end of a long day in court is the best medicine.
Experience
Upon graduating from law school, Caroline worked for the House of Ruth in Baltimore Maryland, where she has represented client and litigated hundreds of domestic violence protective order cases in various courtrooms across the State of Maryland.
