Rebecca Neal earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Frostburg State University in 2013. While at Frostburg, Rebecca interned under Family Magistrate, Richard Maslow, in Allegany County, Maryland.
Rebecca continued her studies in Savannah, Georgia where she attended law school at Savannah Law School. While in Savannah Law School, Rebecca was on the Moot Court team and served at the Student Bar Association’s Secretary and Vice President. Rebecca graduated with her J.D. from Savannah Law School in 2016.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys being around family and friends, trying new restaurants, and hiking.
After law school, Rebecca started her career as a general practice attorney in Carroll County, Maryland with Haven N. Shoemaker, Jr., P.A. She quickly became more interested in the family law cases and knew that she wanted to concentrate her skills.
